I also notice that ladies especially teenage girls like to go on the starve yourself diet. Again I cannot and will not recommend this method either as it can does more harm than good. This is a great way to obtain quick weight loss because it eliminates the need to snack when you become hungry, your body will not crave food if it it getting fed more often.
