Have you noticed the amount of weight loss programs that promise significant weight loss by simply popping pills? Sure have. And believe me they scare me to death. Sure you will be able to lose weight and not exercise; however, exercise will make the process faster and not to mention that healthy dieting and exercise will improve your overall health.
